Day 1: Today we fly to NYC, where we transfer to the Millennium Broadway Hotel and check in for 4 nights. All the excitement of Times Square and the Broadway District is right on our doorstep. Good Morning America is a half block up the street! This evening, we enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, the evening is yours to explore this vibrant area that never sleeps. (D)

Day 2: This morning we depart on our tour of New York’s lower Manhattan. This includes neighborhoods such as Little Italy, SoHo, Greenwich Village, and the Financial District. We also visit the 9/11 Memorial. This afternoon we visit the 9/11 Museum which has a collection of artifacts, stories, photos, videos, and other materials that have shaped our history. There is some free time this afternoon, perhaps you want to do some shopping or just wander around this dynamic section of Manhattan! This evening, we experience our first Broadway show, Wicked! Wicked! Is the story of what happened in the Land of Oz from a different angle, long before Dorothy arrived. (D)

Day 3: Our morning starts at the Empire State Building for a bird’s eye view of this vibrant city. Then we pick up our step-on guide for the Brooklyn Tour. This tour covers Brooklyn and pizza, from one end to the other. It highlights famous neighborhoods, landmarks, movie locations, and the most spectacular view of the Brooklyn Bridge. We have some time to explore Coney Island and the famous boardwalk. This evening we see our second Broadway show Great Gatsby. Transporting to the lavish Roaring Twenties, the story follows an eccentric and mysterious millionaire who will stop at nothing in the pursuit of the lost love of his youth. Now, it finally comes to life through an electrifying jazz and pop-infused score, and a grand production befitting the 21st century. (L)

Day 4: This morning we are off to Battery Park where we catch a ferry to Liberty Island and visit the Statue of Liberty and the historic Ellis Island. We return to the Millennium Hotel and you have the evening free to explore this energized city.

Day 5: A local step-on-guide joins us this morning for a tour of the upper east and west sides of Manhattan. We see Fifth Avenue, Radio City Music Hall, Central Park, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral just to name a few. In the afternoon, we head to the airport for our flight home.
